I thought I'd share with you our new additions to our family...meet Oliver and Wilbur!
They have brought some fun back into our home after losing Ozzy. He was my cat...always there to greet me in the morning ready for some lovin'....how I miss him so.
This is Wilbur....
He has 8 toes on both of his front feet and is called a taradactyl cat. He looks like he has mittens for paws. We have fallen in love with him! He is a little firecracker...darting all around, flopping and flipping like an acrobat!
While he's sleeping, you can do anything with him....he's just the cutest little thing!
His little paws are too adorable! He loves to nestle in your hair and get under your chin to sleep. Such a sweetheart!
Lots of cat naps for this little guy since he's a little firecracker!
Now meet Oliver....
He's the lover if you can get him to sit still long enough from playing with Wilbur. He actually meows and begs to be held when he's in the mood.
He's really backward and so, so sweet. I caught him yawning and thought this was too adorable not to show.
He has to take little cat naps too from all of his jumping...he loves to pounce!
There's just something about a kitten napping that's so relaxing...
They both came from different mommy's and weren't too smitten with each other at first. Now they are inseparable! Both are unique with their markings...and their eyes! They both stare at you and seem to be studying our expressions...God love 'em!
So between painting the deck and playing with these little guys...I have been super busy!
Here's a little peak at what the deck is looking like.
Still more painting left to do, but I am really happy with how it's turning out. The rain this week is really messing up my plans...but at least I have some company with Oliver and Wilbur while everyone is at school and at work.
Your kitties are adorable and your deck is lovely :) Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteMelanie they are adorable!!!!

Enjoy your days with Oliver and Wilbur!!!!

Melanie,
ReplyDeleteThose kitties are adorable. So sweet. Love the mitten paws. The deck is looking so pretty. I need to paint my deck but will wait until fall since I water all those flowers of mine and it does havoc on the deck.

I love the kitteh's!! I'm obsessed with my babies, all of them, & brag on them quite often. There is just something about a home filled with 4 legged loving! They are both so sweet looking and I love both sets of eyes. I'm interested to see how well they do together as they grow as siblings. Are your kitteh's indoor or outdoor kitteh's? I hope they fill up some empty your kitteh loving heart. Hugs. Tammy
ReplyDeleteSo cute, Melanie! So sorry Ozzy didn't come back, but those two are really sweet! Your porch is looking great...looks like God thought you needed a break, so he delivered the rain. ;)

Your babies are so cute would love to cuddle them. They are so cute when they play and roll around. IT good that you have two and they can keep each other company. The deck is looking great. I would want to play with the kittens than paint.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your babies - they are darling and love their names.
